i dont think, in all practical and logical sense, that humans can pull this off. BUT there is indeed a LOOSE such "organization"

the same way AL QAEDA is NO ONE organization, but rather an idea, just like "mujahedeen".
a new world order IDEA could be applied to all the individuals who, as of just right now, are earling their pocketfulls of cash on other peoples misery.
what further purpose would there be?

these people allready dominate the world, and they dont have any big future plan about some day revealing themselves.
